Christmas Day 2007

Well, we made it through Christmas!!! This year was a lot more fun than last, Camille was getting into the whole tear the paper off and it was a blast. She is one spoiled little girl!!! Someone must have giving Santa some false info, she hasn't been that good. Really she has, even on her worst days. It sure was different not having Kim, George and the kids (I almost put boys, but that isn't true) with us for Christmas Eve. Hopefully next year there won't be any babies causing disruptions to the plans. After two years of odd Christmas's it's about time to get back to the old familiar traditions. Christmas Day was great, Camille let us sleep in until 8:30 when we awoke and realized we were late getting up to moms. It's pretty bad when the closest is the last to get there. We spent a fun morning with mom opening up presents and having breakfast. Then we came home to have our own little family Christmas. Camille loves santa and says "HO, HO, HO," everytime she sees a picture of him. Christmas afternoon was spent with the Bellow's family and we had a good time spending time with them. Family is so important, especially when holidays like this brings us together. Camille went to the mall and saw santa, I must say that I was disappointed with their selection of Santa. He looked like a dirty old man holding our baby girl. I felt sad because his beard was grey and he didn't even have a hat and gloves. The good thing was that Camille didn't cry, but she refused to smile. All and All Christmas has been good and now we look forward to a new year. Merry Christmas to all from the Brackens!!!!!
