I recieved some free tickets to the Salt Lake Bees game on Saturday, July 25th from Keebler, so off we went to see a game and fireworks afterwards. Camille was so much fun to watch, I don't think we saw much of the game. She kept an eye out for that Bee mascot and wanted to go visit it. She had fun and so did Lorie and I. It was so much fun being in the park, eating hot dogs, nachos and popcorn and spending time together. We rode trax up and back and it isn't as crowded as the Jazz games. Camille loved the fireworks and gave me a big hug and kiss on the way out. That is all the payment a dad needs!!

Farmland Family Time
We had the opportunity to go with Kim, Jennifer and all the kids to Farmland at Thanksgiving Point a couple weeks ago and luckily I was off work and got to go with them. Camille loved it, she has a thing for animals and thought they were pretty fun to see and touch. Her favorite was the goats and getting to feed them corn. I never even knew about this place, so thanks to Jennifer for inviting us. Camille also liked the pony ride and now wants to keep going back to ride it again.

Catch up Time

It has been two months since we lasted posted anything on our blog, and so much has happened. Camille went back to the eye doctor and there was some improvement. She had to wear the patch for two more weeks, but now doesn't have to for the next six weeks. We go back to see the doctor then and more than likely will be getting glasses for Camille. In May we went to St. George over memorial day weekend with Kris and Jennifer and the kids. It was a lot of fun, and yes we did miss not having Kim, George and the kids there with us. In June I spent a week at Maple Dell for scout camp. It was the week after the swine flu outbreak and we were a little worried, but we had a great time and the boys earned lots of merit badges. We also took Camille to her first Bees baseball game. She did pretty well as long as the bee mascot was out runnning around. She has very little interest in baseball though I will continue to work on her.
